The Joint

Bloody Burger is a small Central London joint with one obsession: the smash. Thin patties pressed onto a screaming-hot flat-top until the edges go lacy and dark, folded into melting cheese and our house sauce. No 12-stack gimmicks. No fillers. Just the burger, done properly — and done bad.

We keep the menu tight on purpose. A beef smash, a vegan one that actually delivers, loaded fries, and a non-alcoholic Bloody Mary with a kick. Everything is built to order, so what you get is what we'd eat ourselves. That's the whole philosophy.
